Echo Park's two entries agree on almost nothing, which is why I'd send you to both.

Doubting Thomas on West Temple builds the refined version: gently fried eggs instead of scrambled, pork shoulder cooked until it gives way, every bite composed rather than assembled. It is the most elegant burrito in the neighborhood and it knows it.

Egg Tuck on Sunset comes at it sideways. It's a small Korean chain better known for soft-scrambled egg sandwiches, and it brings that same egg technique to a burrito. The Royal is built around their Korean sausage patty; the Original takes bacon and avocado. At $10.98 it's one of the cheaper things on this list.
