Arts District Brewery now extends its offerings with lunch at their side space, The Pub, and their breakfast burrito is a pleasant surprise. At $14.50, it qualifies as something of a hidden gem. Lined with fried egg and packed with generous portions of perfectly crispy tater tots, it delivers a deeply satisfying antidote to midday or day-drinking cravings. The sauces, unfortunately, don’t quite measure up, and the inclusion of black beans, while good in isolation, feels slightly out of place in this particular mix. Still, for the price and setting, it’s a burrito worth seeking out.
