Burrito Bomba in NoHo arrived with promise yet left disappointment in its wake. The steak and bacon burrito, ordered Bomba style with fried cheese, faltered on execution—the cheese lacked its crucial crispness, the bacon was disappointingly limp, and the potatoes flavorful but sadly devoid of crunch. The promised red tomato tortilla was inexplicably swapped for standard flour, stripping away another distinctive touch. Only the steak stood out positively, tender and flavorful amidst otherwise unfulfilled potential.
